Mernice Oliver, affectionately known as, Coach MO founded Mernice Oliver International, LLC because she was tired of seeing women leaders and teams fail because they weren’t getting the support, training and resources they needed to succeed.
As a emerging insurance entrepreneur, she had been on the other end of training and lack of leadership support long enough to know what worked and what didn’t in building and growing successful businesses. Her success over the last two decades has taught her that she can achieve the results company executives want, while making sure the team members enjoy the process.
